The Smell Of Good Cooking

How nice life can be if you wake up late in the morning to the smell of good cooking in the kitchen. I knew good breakfast awaits me when I wake up because the husband was up and cooked us some bacon, fried eggs with tomato and onions. Awesome, I didn't have to do something in the kitchen. I felt lazy and tired. So minutes later I got up and start my morning warm drink, rice and the food the he cooked for us!

It's a lazy day for us. No errands to do outside. My plan is to finish my online tasks so I can go to bed again. I always feel weak and tired maybe because of the long trip or the two-week visit to the doctors/hospital during the last two weeks of our stay in the Philippines. I've slept long hours since I arrived but that didn't seem enough. I still want to sleep more which I would do after this. Happy weekend everyone!

Beating The Cold With Tabasco Original Red

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

There is only one way I can think of beating the monster cold of Texas. It is to use the TABASCO® Original Red in my foods. I have tried it a few times, after eating spicy foods, I sweat profusely as if I just went running or working out. I may have to try it later because I feel very cold right now. I plan of making myself some spicy fried chicken wings for dinner and for that, Tabasco Original Red will be my partner tonight in making this mouth-watering dish.

Fried chicken wings is easy to make. All you have to do is thaw the meat, marinate it with your favorite marinating sauce, add the spices to it that will add flavor to the dish then once it's ready, heat the oil for about five minutes then deep fry the chicken. Fry until golden brown, let it sit for a while for oil to drip. Add Tabasco Original Red before serving to ensure yummy tasting enhanced flavor.

Now, here's the question. Are you fond of spicy foods? If so, are you willing to try using the Tabasco Original Red when cooking a new recipe? A Very Nice Husband He Is

I told my husband yesterday upon arriving home from our long flight that he is such a good husband to me and that he has been so very nice since I met him. How can I pay him back of the goodness he showed me? And he jokingly replied, "I will be nice until one year more and after I will be a bad man or any other typical husband!". He's kidding me I know. His attitude and behavior is proven that he truly is a good man to be with. What did I do to deserve such a man like my husband?

I came home tired only to see the house especially the kitchen counter and stove are squeaky clean almost no flaws at all. He did some painting in there, changed the old faucet, install some hangers and etc. He made it look as if it hasn't been used for a while. When I went to the living room, it was all neat and organized, moved on to the bedroom, the bed was inviting, sheets are clean and electric blanket is ready to be used...he even vacuumed the entire carpeted floor and lastly, he installed a new remote controlled thingy in the toilet that would give you warm toilet bowl, washes/ dries your bottom in just a push of a button. So lucky wife I am here wowwwww! Truly I am fortunate to have married such a man that thinks of his family first before others!

It's Another Dream Come True

A wife's wish is to have a second baby after almost three years of having her first one and now God has granted her wish. How lucky and happy she is to be holding another new born baby in her arms soon. I got a positive result on my home pregnancy test this morning! Cheers to me and my husband for we have waited for this for five months. I don't mind whether it's a boy or girl, all I care about is to have two kids and we're done with having children. Having two kids has been my ultimate goal and now it's here, I FEEL BLESSED AND OVERJOYED!

Another Year Older

My better half celebrated his 54th birthday last November 12 but I just now posted his photos for some reason. To him, his birthday doesn't matter and that he hates it. I told him that he should be thankful he has had another year to celebrate his life. He probably doesn't like the idea that he's getting old but for me it is just okay because that only means he is still alive.

10 quirky facts about kissing

Think you know a thing or two about kissing? You probably do. But the facts below are so off the beaten path, we’ll bet you don’t know them all — and they could come in handy. Not only could they provide some steamy “Did you know…?” small talk, but they’ll help you see all the benefits a satisfying liplock can bring into your life. Happy smooching!

1. Two out of every three couples turn their heads to the right when they kiss.

2. A simple peck uses two muscles; a passionate kiss, on the other hand, uses all 34 muscles in your face. Now that’s a rigorous workout!

3. Like fingerprints or snowflakes, no two lip impressions are alike.

4. Kissing is good for what ails you. Research shows that the act of smooching improves our skin, helps circulation, prevents tooth decay, and can even relieve headaches.

5. The average person spends 336 hours of his or her life kissing.

6. Ever wonder how an “X” came to represent a kiss? Starting in the Middle Ages, people who could not read used an X as a signature. They would kiss this mark as a sign of sincerity. Eventually, the X came to represent the kiss itself.

7. Talk about a rush! Kissing releases the same neurotransmitters in our brains as parachuting, bungee jumping, and running.

8. The average woman kisses 29 men before she gets married.

9. Men who kiss their partners before leaving for work average higher incomes than those who don’t.

10. The longest kiss in movie history was between Jane Wyman and Regis Tommey in the 1941 film, You’re in the Army Now. It lasted 3 minutes and 5 seconds. So if you’ve beaten that record, it’s time to celebrate!

Moment Captured

One of the most unforgettable and exciting moments of my life was captured during my husband's marriage proposal to me on June 21,2004. I was just lucky to have someone took pictures of us during that moment.

It was when I turned exactly 21 years old when I got engaged to my fiance' then now my husband. It has been six long years since we've known each other. Oh how sweet to look back at those times when we were just lovers. The time spent with each other was precious for we were thousands of miles apart before we could be together as husband and wife.
